too lazy to go to the grocery store so i used whatever we had lying around:
sauté a bunch of mushrooms, garlic, onions, almonds, with sage, salt, pepper, and vegan butter. pour in 1/2 cup of coconut milk, a cup of veggie broth, and heat that bad boy up. throw in spaghetti in the mix and enjoy! it was quite the heavy breakfast though.
my bff huizee and I made vegan peppermint chocolate chip cookies. they were nice and fluffy, minty with a little salty aftertaste from the sea salt we used :)
fresh watermelon/mint juice we made awhile ago! just crush watermelon + mint, add ice, water, shake up, strain and enjoy!

1 can of garbanzo beans, 1/4 cup of liquid from the can, 2 tblspns of lime juice, 2 tblspns tahini, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 tsp salt, 2 tblspns olive oil
throw all in a food processor and go nuts!
tofu scramble with bell peppers, leeks, tomatoes, with chocolate chip pancakes on the side.
